Delete Your GreatOhm Account

If you wish to stop using GreatOhm and have your personal data removed, you can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, so please read this page before proceeding. You may also contact our support team with any questions about what happens to your data.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your profile, personal information, and preferences are permanently deleted
• Your consultation history, reports, and saved readings are removed
• Any active subscriptions are cancelled
• Wallet balance and token balances are forfeited
• Community group memberships are removed
• This action is irreversible

How to delete your account

There are two ways to request account deletion — directly from the app, or by contacting our support team.

Data retention after deletion

After deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytics purposes. Transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. In accordance with Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, all other personal data associated with your account will be erased within 30 days of your request.

• Right to request access to the personal data we process about you.
• Right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to request erasure of your personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
