Welcome to GreatOhm. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GreatOhm mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited ("GreatOhm", "we", "us", "our", "Data Fiduciary"). By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited is the seller / provider of digital content and services offered in the app, sold via Google Play's billing system where applicable. These Terms are supplemented by our Global Commerce & Marketplace Supplement, which governs paid interactions worldwide (Dakshina, payments, cancellations and refunds) and prevails over these Terms on the topics it covers.

1. Service Description

GreatOhm provides spiritual wellness and self-discovery services including Numerology, Astrology, Vaastu Shastra, Palmistry, Tarot Reading, Horoscope Generation, Community features, and GreatOhm Club. The Service uses personal data you provide to generate personalized insights and recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account and Obligations

• 3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 3.3 You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes.
• 3.4 You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

4. Data Processing Terms

• 4.1 By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• 4.2 We process your data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
• 4.3 Your data is processed solely for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
• 4.4 You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account, which will trigger erasure of your personal data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service (horoscopes, numerology reports, vaastu analyses, etc.) is for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit generated content. All branding, logos and materials are owned by GreatOhm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers, User Acknowledgements and Entertainment-Only Use

By using the GreatOhm app, a product of GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited, you confirm and agree to the following acknowledgements ("User Acknowledgements"). These form part of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• 6.1 Acceptance of policies: By using the GreatOhm app, a product of GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the Data Usage and Feature Suggestion terms as set out in these Terms (Sections 4 and 11) and on our Delete Account page. Where a separate Data Usage Policy or Feature Suggestion Terms page is published on our website, those terms apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
• 6.2 Entertainment purpose only: You understand that all services and sub-services offered in the app — including astrology, numerology, Vaastu, palmistry, tarot, horoscopes, Ohm Score and remedies — are intended solely for entertainment, educational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
• 6.3 Algorithm-generated guidance: You acknowledge that all services and sub-services, whether free or paid, are based on computed algorithms and traditional-system interpretations. They are designed to provide guidance and insights only and do not restrict or determine your ability to make positive choices or improvements in life. Outcomes, predictions and analyses are not guaranteed.
• 6.4 Dakshina / Positive Energy Transfers — no general refunds: You understand that the GreatOhm app generally does not provide refunds for services or sub-services once accessed or delivered. Payments made within the app are treated as Dakshina / Positive Energy Transfers between you and GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited and, in line with spiritual tradition, are regarded as non-returnable in order to preserve positive energy flow. For purchases billed through Google Play, this position applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and Google Play's refund policies — your statutory rights and Google Play refund rights (for example for defective or materially misrepresented content, duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions, as detailed in Section 12) are not affected and will always be honoured.
• 6.5 Try before you commit: GreatOhm recommends that you first try low-cost trial options such as Droplet Packs, available at minimal cost, to test any service before committing to a longer duration or higher-value pack. You may also review sample snapshots on GreatOhm.com or other online sources prior to purchase. Please check the price, validity, billing period and contents shown on the purchase screen before paying.
• 6.6 Exceptional refunds: Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy in Section 12 of these Terms & Conditions (Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds), applicable law and, for Google Play purchases, Google Play's refund policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on entertainment-only Service outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Service Availability and Termination

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be erased in accordance with Section 12(3) of the DPDP Act.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require your renewed consent through the app.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. GreatOhm Club Applications

GreatOhm Club allows you to browse and apply for openings and opportunities posted by GreatOhm, including jobs, translator roles, content contributions, and other programs ("Openings"). By accessing GreatOhm Club, submitting an application, or responding to an Opening, you agree to the following:

• 11.1 No Guarantee of Employment: Submitting an application or meeting the stated eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, an interview, an offer, or employment. An application does not create any employment relationship or contract with GreatOhm.
• 11.2 Management Discretion: GreatOhm may accept, reject, shortlist, or withdraw any application or Opening at its sole and exclusive discretion, with or without notice, and without assigning any reason or incurring any liability.
• 11.3 Closure and Withdrawal of Openings: Openings may be closed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, including before or after you apply, for any reason and without liability.
• 11.4 Finality and Re-application: Any decision on an application (including rejection or withdrawal) for a particular Opening is final. You may not re-apply for the same Opening once it has been rejected or withdrawn. You may be restricted to a limited number of active applications at any given time.
• 11.5 Accuracy and Content: You warrant that all information you provide in connection with an application (including your resume, qualifications, experience, and any other submissions) is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or withdrawal of your application and/or termination of your Club access.
• 11.6 Data Handling: Information submitted through GreatOhm Club, including any resume, is processed for evaluation and related administrative purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Usage Policy.

12. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds

All paid digital content, features and subscriptions in the GreatOhm app ("In-App Purchases") are sold by GreatOhm (OPC) Private Limited using Google Play's billing system. Prices are shown in-app in your local currency inclusive of applicable taxes where required, before you complete a purchase.

• 12.1 One-time purchases: Some items (for example, individual consultations, reports, GreatOhm Coin packs / wallet top-ups) are charged once. They are delivered to your in-app account after payment and are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where required by applicable law (for example defective or materially misrepresented product/service, duplicate charge or unauthorised transaction). Before delivery you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any cooling-off or withdrawal right ends once performance begins — see Section 9 of our Global Commerce & Marketplace Supplement, which also describes our discretionary quality-assurance credits.
• 12.2 Subscriptions — what you agree to: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, you agree to pay the subscription price shown at checkout on a recurring basis for the billing period shown (for example monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Any free trial, introductory price or promotional period, its duration, price and what happens when it ends (conversion to paid auto-renewing subscription), will be disclosed on the subscription offer / purchase screen in the app and on Google Play before you confirm.
• 12.3 How to manage or cancel a subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the app under Account / Settings, or directly via Google Play: Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > GreatOhm > Cancel subscription, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and you will not be charged for the next period. Deleting the app or your GreatOhm account alone does not cancel a Google Play subscription; you must cancel via the steps above.
• 12.4 Refunds: For purchases billed through Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies in addition to applicable law. Where a refund is due under applicable law or our internal policy, it may be credited to your original payment method via Google Play or to your in-app wallet as GreatOhm Coin points, as applicable. To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, use Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history, or contact us at the email in Section 13 and we will guide you. Our full worldwide cancellation and refund position — including the Dakshina principle — is set out in Section 9 of our Global Commerce & Marketplace Supplement.
• 12.5 Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Any price change for an active subscription will be notified in advance as required by Google Play and applicable law, and will apply from the next billing period as described in the notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
• 12.6 Wallet / Coins: GreatOhm Coin points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused balances/wallet amounts are forfeited if you delete your account, as further described in our Delete Account page.

14. User Acknowledgements — Summary

By using the app you re-confirm the User Acknowledgements in Section 6: services are entertainment-only and algorithm-generated; payments are treated as Dakshina / Positive Energy Transfers and are generally non-returnable except as required by Section 12, applicable law and Google Play's refund policies; please try low-cost Droplet Packs and samples first before purchasing longer durations.
